What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of CSRs (Scheduling, Billing, Sales Support).
- Handle escalated customer issues with confidence.
- Keep schedules, tickets, and workflows organized and on track.
- Monitor team performance, call volume, and task completion.
- Jump in during high-volume periods to support the team.
- Coach, support, and hold team members accountable.
