Customer Service Representative
$24–$28/hour | Full-Time | 🏢 In-Office | Clancy Brothers Pest Control
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

At Clancy Brothers Pest Control, you’ll play a key role in operations, customer experience, and team coordination—not just basic customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling & service questions.
- Review and release daily work orders with strong attention to detail.
- Support technicians with routing, updates, and real-time communication.
- Create follow-ups to ensure nothing gets missed.
- Assist with collections (texts, emails, and calls).
- Maintain accurate notes, records, and internal systems.
- Help improve workflows and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, admin, or office roles.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (phone + written).
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems.
- Problem-solver who takes initiative.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Scheduling or dispatching experience.
- Pest control, home service, or field-service background.
- Collections or account management experience.
